The Good News is here!!

Compassion International Ministries was born from a friendship between ministers in the United States of America and Malawi. There was a great need and excellent opportunity to be the hands and feet of Christ in many ways since the beginning, but especially during Cyclone Freddy. Working together and overcoming several challenges and testings of faith including communication challenges, language barriers, timezone differences, currency differences, electricity and power shortages/outages and even through natural disasters, God has continued to lead us with a very mighty hand. Since the inception of Compassion International Ministries we have seen breakthrough after breakthrough and victory after victory. We are so encouraged for the way that God is using and blessing us all. The lost are hearing the Good News and many are being saved and baptized!! The sick are being healed and the bound are being delivered and set free! We are seeing lives be completely transformed and we are receiving so many testimonies of what God is doing that we want to share this Good News!

He said to them, “Go into world and preach the Gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved….”

We have a great vision of doing exactly this and we pray that you would consider partnering with us in helping to spread The Good News to all of the world!!

The Kid’s Ministry

Pastor Micheal, known to the kids and community as “Abusa”, has been teaching the local kids the Word! They have memorized verses, performed skits and plays and regularly look forward to learning about Jesus with Abusa. The impact that he is making in the lives of these children cannot be underestimated. Many times he also provides them with a bit of food or drink and they love it! “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6

The Ministry of Healing

“He sent out His Word and healed them; He rescued them from the grave…” Psalms 107:20. At Compassion International Ministries we have seen and heard countless testimonies of people being healed and set free from every disease, sickness, illness and infirmity!! “And these signs shall follow those who believe…” Mark 16:17

The Ministry of Service

“For even [Jesus] did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom to many…” Mark 10:45. “Just as [Jesus] did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many…” Matthew 20:28. Just as Jesus has shown us, we, at Compassion International Ministries, aim to serve the people and communities around us.

The Ministry of the Word

Through generous support and teamwork, Compassion International Ministries has been able to provide a Bible to every believer who has taken the step of faith to be baptized!
